Question 1: How do you operate eZIP Patio Blinds?

eZIP Patio blinds come in three configurations. Manual spring operation, manual crank operation and motorised.

Motorised blinds are remote controlled and come in either a 240V (mains power) motor or a rechargeable battery motor.

Question 2: Do they keep the rain out?

PVC (plastic) blinds will block rain from getting through. Mesh blinds are not waterproof like the PVC alternative, however, they greatly reduce the amount of rain entering your outdoor space and usually the rain will only make it approximately half a meter in when coming in sideways.

Question 3: I want to be able to see out clearly, therefore I want clear PVC!

We find that being able to see out through the blinds is very important to many customers we talk to. During the in-home measure, our consultants will show you the different fabric samples that are available for the outdoor blinds. You will be able to see how the visibility changes through the different densities of mesh.

Question 4: How do the blinds get mounted/ installed?

At the in-home measure we will determine the best way/method to install the blinds. If we find that there are multiple ways in which it can be done, on your structure, we will step you through the pros and cons of each method. This allows you to make an informed decision on the exact location for the installation of your blinds.
